About Eleanore Ditchburn
Eleanore Ditchburn MA

Eleanore Ditchburn is an artist who specialises in painting in oil, acrylic and watercolour paints. She enjoys painting her response to her subject matter, particularly landscape and natural history subjects.  The work captures the atmospheric qualities of the Sublime.  Her technique involves many layers of paint which come together to create a dramatic interpretation of her vision.

Eleanore Ditchburn has been working as a professional artist since 2011 and has previously trained in fashion design.  The artist studied at Sunderland University gaining an MA in Fine Art. Work can be found in The Gatehouse collection and she has exhibited most recently at Newcastle’s Central Station.
